NOVA P17 is the Professional Line electric chain pruner that combines a cutting capacity of up to 170 mm with solid construction. The aluminium body is the defining feature of the design: a choice that makes the tool robust and contributes to its long-term durability, while keeping its weight to just 1.54 kg without battery.

Part of the NOVA ecosystem, it uses 21.6 V Extra Performance Plug-In batteries, available in 2.5, 5 and 10 Ah capacities. Sharing batteries with other compatible tools, including the NOVA 40 X1 shear, lets you organise a tailored pruning system and choose the battery capacity to suit the job.

The 8-inch bar and 1/4″ pitch chain, which reaches a speed of 7.7 m/s, let you tackle larger-diameter branches than NOVA P12. Automatic lubrication keeps the chain lubricated during use, supporting continuous operation.

The dedicated app lets you view statistics and manage the tool’s main settings. NOVA P17 is supplied with a spare chain and a carry case, so you have a replacement to hand and can store the pruner together with its supplied accessories.
