IRON RS

IRON RS is the Professional Line pneumatic olive harvester, designed and made in Italy for olive growers seeking performance and continuity in intensive use. An evolution of the previous IRON, it introduces a lighter structure and simplified maintenance, with a stated 10% increase in productivity.

The new motor body in high-strength carbon-fibre-reinforced engineering polymer combines robustness with low weight, eliminating the oxidation of the air supply ports that affected the previous magnesium bodies. The redesign of the RS range reduces weight by 15% on average: IRON RS weighs 940 g, a specific reduction of 184 g compared with the 1124 g of the previous model.

At the ideal working pressure of 7 bar, IRON RS reaches a speed of 1650 rpm to sustain an intensive harvesting pace. The motor body is shared with TUONO RS and DIABLO RS, while each model is distinguished by its own specific rakes. The choice of compatible poles lets you configure the tool to suit tree height and your operating needs.

The new internal architecture integrates the rake support into the body and eliminates the brass liner, reducing the number of components. Direct access through the rear cover makes it easier to service the seals and pad: a solution that helps cut maintenance time by 40%.

With the RS range, Campagnola continues to invest in pneumatic harvesting, developing solutions for users who need power and continuity in professional work. A suitably sized compressed-air system can power several tools at the same time, supporting team-based harvesting.
